I find the best way is to take an existing theme that's close in style to
what you want, and "tweak." Create a new subdirectory in your /themes path
and copy over your selected theme's files into the new name. Change file by
file and peek at your account's home page to see how it's changed. For the
quickest most dramatic updates to the theme, change the colors and/or fonts
in the style sheet (/themes/yourtheme/style/style.css), and replace the
/themes/yourtheme/images/logo.gif with your own!

Hi everyone.  I am recent convert from nuke to post-nuke.  I hate to bother
everyone with this question, but I have honestly looked for two days and
cannot find what I am looking for.  What I need is a HOWTO on creating a
custom theme for my PN site.  It seems like a lot of people have figured
this out on their own, but I don't see any documentation that tells we what
I should be looking to create and/or change.
