I can't use myphpadmin at my hosting site, they consider it too much of a security risk. I did finally figure it out though. I deleted the nuke_user table and tried to upload the old one. But I kept getting errors. I finally figured out that I had to upload the table structure for the nuke_user table also. I now have all my users transferred over. Thanks for your help.
