The ability to modify PriceSell_1 and PriceSell_2 without direct SQL on machines not running BackOffice would be incredibly helpful.

You are welcome to implement this in POSper and send a patch.
Joining the developers discussion list would be the adequate way to have
your code reviewed and integrated into the trunk.
