I am new to the POS world and want to open a small shop + snack-bar. For the employees I'd like to give a commission on every item they sell. This should be defined as a percentage or fixed amount per product.
Now I couldn't find any POS (Open source or commercial) that mention this to be implemented. POSper seems to be nice and easy - I'd love to use it. But I really want to give sales commission to motivate everybody…
Any Ideas? Is it possible?

Sorry for the late reply. Obviously I didn't get notified of new post anymore…
Of course that's possible. Every ticket is personalized if you take care to create logins for all your employees and they use their login. Since the seller is captured with the ticket and the ticket is associated with it's ticketlines it's easy to create a report showing and calculating an agreed commission per user.
