Hi,

posixtest project is dead AFAIK.  It has mostly been
merged into LTP (Linux Test Project:  http://ltp.sf.net).

You could try asking your question on the ltp mailing list.
They may have fixed or modified the cross-compile interface --
I don't know, I haven't looked ....
