[Portalapi-devel] Beta 6 nearly done

I will shortly release beta 6 of Portal API.=20
I've fixed a couple of things and added gzip compression support for =
pages (where browsers allow it).

The new admin is also almost ready for another release. I think I'll =
publish them all at once.
