Just felt like saying "hi" to bwheater and the other fellows around.

Do Keep up the good work dear friends; rest assured there are plenty of people enjoying running their favourite Linux app within the familiarity of windows.

By all means don't let it go outdated! One of the great things in Ubuntu is the release schedule and it is very nice to have a newer version.

BIG thanks for that. I gave you a sticky post at my forum:

    Waiting for CINCO :)

    Thanks for your comment.

As for new major version, we are dependent on new releases from the Colinux project for further upgrades to Portable Ubuntu.  Currently, the newest release of Colinux has kernel version number which is compatible with 10.04 (lucid lynx) of Ubuntu.  Later releases of Ubuntu have a higher kernel version number, so we must wait until the Colinux project releases a new version with a higher kernel version number that is compatible with the newer versions of Ubuntu.  It should be noted that Ubuntu 10.04 is supported until April 2013.

However, there may be minor version updates to Portable Ubuntu to fix problems or add minor features before then.
