#2 svk checkout location

I have identified that changing the current working
directory (cwd) for the portableprogram and launching
svk from there causes a problem with checkout location,
it means that the location in your system which svk
resides is the place where all your checkouts are placed.

I am unsure whether this issue can be resolved by
simply NOT changing the cwd and launching svk from the
initial cwd would work. I will investigate.
