[PortableApps.com-Beta] [U] BonkEnc Portable 1.0.7 Pre-Release 2 Released

Hey,

    BonkEnc Portable 1.0.7 Pre-Release 2 has been released.  The only 
change in this pre-release is that settings are stored in Data\settings, 
apposed to Data.  However, there was only one comment on the first 
pre-release, so I urge you all to try this release, and test for the 
items I have listed in the thread.
