#6 Ability to write/install plugins

If Popper had the ability to allow the addition of
Plug-ins, written by whomever wished to write one,
that could be a good way to increase functionality.

It would also allow there to be a "core" product that
can be kept leane and efficient (i.e., without tons of
features many people may not use). if plug-ins were
available, then people could decide dfor themselves
what "extra" features they want.
