#15 Switch off automatic account creation

Can you provide an administration page where the
sysadmin can decide if the app will allow users to create
new accounts, or if the sysadmin has to do it manually.

As the application stands, it is too easy for people to
abuse the application.

If someone logs in with unrecoginsed credentials they
should be refused a connection,NOT offered the ability
to create a new account.

Good point. Several suggested features, bug fixes have
pointed to an admin interface. I'll add this to the ToDo list.
