As requested by a few people popper_mod-wid should
be able to run with globals turned off in php.ini.

if a program is poorly written and globals are turned on
this could cause a security issue. Popper_mod-wid
doesn't have this issue but to please the public this
should be done and to make it easier for those who's
php.ini globals are already off it will make for less
trouble shooting.
