#44 Error running calculations for genes

Hi,

When attempting to run the by gene analysis for Fst and FET I consistently get the error:

"all features of a gene have to be on the same strand; Problem for FBgn0002781 at /home/trundell21t/winhome/Desktop/Popool2/popoolation2_1201/create-genewise-sync.pl line 334, <$ifh> line 116706."

This was not an issue with the .gtf file in the demo data but is with the gtf files Ensembl provides. Any help with a fix that would be amazing.

I also encountered same problem, I just deleted Fbgn0002781 from the gtf file, will check that region myself manually.
