#31 subsample-synchronized.pl, dont discard if coverage lower than target coverage

Hi,
I would like to subsample my sync file to have the target coverage at the 30th percentile. But I notice that the subsample-synchronized.pl removes a pileup entry if the coverage for any given library is below that threshold. Is there a way to disable that option, i.e. not throw away pileup if below targetcov but still do the subsampling?
