Where is the upgrade folder/upgrade.php?! It is not in
the 2.0 beta zip or tar...

There will be no upgrade from 1.x to 2.x because the
database structure is totally different than the previous
structure. We may, however, provide instructions on how to
migrate certain tables using phpMyAdmin. You should reload
your gedcoms though.

I haven't actually unzipped the dist, but if you don't find the
folder, just create it under the pgv root (e.g. /pgv/upgrades)
