#2 POPFile server does not responds anymore

Platform : iMac II DV 400/512 + Mac OS X 10.3.4
Mail client : Apple Mail 1.3.8 (v618)
Browser : Safari 1.2.2 (v125.8)
PopFile : v0.21.1

Regularly, my POPFile server does not respond anymore. I cannot
open the starting page at http://127.0.0.1:8080/

In my Mail client, most accounts cannot be reached but - that's
strange - I still can receive mails that are unclassified of course.

To get rid with the problem, I must either restart the computer or
manually relaunch POPFile.
