#996 Add Bucket Delete Feature

As the business that owns its own domain, I have
infinite possible email addresses. We use made up
email addresses to source code mail from various
sources. We also rotate public emails on our websites,
since they get harevsted. For site that demand an email
address, but where I NEVER want email, we use an
couple of different flagged email addresses.

I would like to see a function (option) added to the
magnets to - not just label email grabbed by a magnet-
but to be deleted.

So that if it meets the condition of a magnet -
sender/reciver/etc. - that it be setup to delete the
incoming message without prompting.

I know this is powerful, but we have countless spam that
we would do exactly this with.
