#953 Restart

Every once in a while, either the UI won't come up when
trying to access it (the browser will indefinitely say
something like contacting site without showing
anything), or while downloading email, it will
say 'connecting' without ever authenticating. I will
press stop, shut down POPFile, start POPFile back up
again and then everything works fine. It would be nice
to simply have a 'restart' option available when clicking
the POPFile icon instead of having to shut it down and
then start it back up again ... kinda like with the Apache
web server.

Other than that, this is a wonderful program, the best
I've tried so far :) Thanks for such a useful utility ;)

I think Restart option is a must have to manage POPFile from
a other system. In my case POPFile works on my small mail
server and i change a special config i must go to the server
to start popfile again.

So on POPFile is very best software to classification of mail.
