#909 subject magnet specification that includes a space

I'd like to set a subject type magnet on a string that
ends with a space. For instance "brian " without the
quotes. The popfile interface seems to strip off spaces
when I try to do this.

In Outlook Express the rules creation dialog box also
strips off spaces. The only way to fool OE is to hack the
registry to put in a space where you want it.
