#864 Classification accuracy

I'd like to see a few tweaks in classification accuracy, if
that's alright with your programmers out there. :-)

1) The Last Reset: have a second line saying how many
days ago that was. That way we can do some quick
maths in our heads on message reception rates without
having to go find a calendar.

2) Does POPFile keep enough history to say how
accurate it has been with - say - the last week's worth
of messages? Whilst my accuracy is about 92% (after
308 e-mails), I'm sure it is now much more accurate
than that (on a more recent sample), and the stats are
being skewed by early failures during training. I'm not
that keen on resetting my stats.

I could forsee the Classification Accuracy, Message
Classified and Word Counts stats then all being subject
to a drop down list with
All
Last 2 days
Last 7 days
Last 14 days
Last 28 days
as options for seeing how much work (and how well)
POPFile has been doing.
I thought I saw somewhere that history was going to
get reworked, but I'm not sure if that included the
buckets and stats page.
