It would be nice to have a magnet that would detect
HTML content in emails and allow to send them to a
specified bucket.

The same goes for mails without sender and empty mails.
Also language/charset/char magnets would be great (I have a
LOT of asian spam)

I agree. Nearly 100% of my email containing HTML content is
spam. Same with email with multi-part content.
