When I visited the debian homepage yesterday I
recognized that it makes use of HTTPs ability to
transfer language preferences to the server. Could we
do the same with POPFile's UI?
AFAIK the browser can transfer a header called
Accept-Language to the server. Is it possible to look
for such a header, parse it, look for the offered
languages and present the one that matches first? If
there is no match we still could display English.
An entry "Automatic" could be added to the language
selector and be the installation default.
