I ported my patch to 0.18.1 (note: only patched
English and German language files)

At the moment I'm trying to port it to the CVS
version, but this may take time---there've been really
heavy changes lately...

Ok, the changes in the CVS were not as heavy as I thought on first look.
Here's the patch against the cvs version. I have only done light testing,
because I don't know in which state the cvs is. But POPFile starts up with
'em and the UI-Part works.
