#297 command line per bucket

I would like to see the option to set a command line to be
executed per bucket. Each time a mail hits the bucket,
the command line would fire. Variables could be set up to
pass the email body, headers, bucket, statistics etc.

This would allow scripts to be written to archive mail of
certain types, send jabber notifications, special
redirecting based on buckets, etc. etc. etc. all
automatically.

In addition to this, it would be nice to be able to have a
setting per bucket that would make the bucket
auto-shred anything that hits it. (only for the well trained
popfile!)

I would argue this would be better implemented as a mail
client filter. Is there a reason that doing this in your
email client is not desired?
