For users like me who use many different buckets
(probably the correct word would be "overuse" instead
of "use") it can be difficult to decide which bucket an
email that doesn't *obviously* fit one of the major
classification belongs.
Its not popfile's fault - it's mine!
When I decided to create a new bucket or split one
bucket into two or more, I knew exactly WHY I was doing
it and *knew* that in the future it would remain
obvious which emails belong in which buckets.
NOT SO: After a couple of weeks I find myself looking
at my bucket names and being unable to recall what was
the distinction I was trying to make.
It would be a "good thing" if the Popfile-UI provided
the ability to (a) record some notes about intended
usage of a bucket and (b) manually select some emails
in the history at the time and save them as examples.
and then have the Popfile-UI provide some time later
(c) a way to see those notes (and edit them) and (b)
see the sample emails initially captured in order to
determine if the logic behind classifying them then
makes sense now.
