It would be nice if PopFile also supported a subset of
SpamPal features, seeing as SpamPal is pretty much
dead. A simple query of Spamhaus and the ability to
either flag or refuse mail from certain countries seems
like a natural fit to me.
Sorry for my pure english... I also think POPFile SMTP proxy module must have DNSBL feature. I'm using POPFile about 2 years in my non-commercal home network. It stops 98.61% of spam, over 155000 classified messages for 5 buckets. I think if POPFile will support this one, it will be a new level.

I too feel POPFILE needs SBL/XBL filtering. It just needs to flag the email as SBL/XBL checked.
_98%_ of spam is stopped by this method so it's very useful as a Spam killer.

As Spamhaus says, with Spamhaus and a Baysian content filters (like POPFILE) you'd kill 100% of Spam!
