#764 Missing emails using Eudora 6.2

Almost every time I download emails, my host says I
have, lat's say 50 emails. Most of the emails are SPAM,
which popfile sends to trash, but I will usually be
missing some. If I open the web interface for popfile and
look at the history, it will show all 50 emails that were
sorted, but my Eudora only shows 45 to 50 (sometimes
it shows all emails. This is what I usually do... 1) Empty
Trash folder in Eudora. 2) Clear History in popfile. 3)
Check email and notice the amount of email on host to
download. 5) Open all folders to find unread emails and
count them. 6) Open history of popfile again and look at
number of emails filtered. It will usually be different then
the amount in Eudora. Where do these emails go? If I
uninstall popfile, I get all my emails.
