#744 Sprint PCS Software causes popFile to stop working

If you install the Sprint PCS connection software,
popFile will no longer work. Attempting to view the
configuration pages via http://localhost:8080 will
simply wait forever. Attempting to check email via the
noramal pop3 setup will also cause the email program to
wait forever.

This occured on a WinXP system using popFile versions
.22 and .21.

The Sprint software allows a person to connect to the
internet via their cell phone.
