#732 POPFile crashes in recieving a message which contains "\x00"

This problem occured only if you choose 'Nihongo' in
language option.

When you recieve a message which contains "\x00" in its
header or body,
POPFile will clash with a error like this:

UTF-16BE:Malformed LO surrogate dab3 at
/System/Library/Perl/5.8.1/darwin-thread-multi-2level/Encode.pm
line 184, <GEN41> line 9.

I've made a patch to fix this problem.
This patch can apply to 0.22.0 and 0.22.1RC3.
