#615 UI is unable to show the email which has " ' as subject

POPFile UI is unable to show the email which has " '
(double quotation + space + single quotation) as subject.
This can be solved by replacing double quotation with
&quot in HTML.pm, for example, like:

$subject =~ s/&/&/g;
$subject =~ s/</</g;
$subject =~ s/>/>/g;
$subject =~ s/"/"/g; <- added

I think same fix needs to be applied to $from,
$short_from, $short_subject, and other necessary
places.
