#9 Option to not convert unicode characters.

I'd like an option in popeye to not convert unicode
characters from/to \uXXXX when reading/writing the file.

I'd like to be able to see the content in the files and
the build process for my project runs native2ascii on
the files during a build so it's not a problem when
running it.
