#4 Text-plain db file (ex: for exim )

I like to use text-plain db to be read from my mta (exim)
So, i wrote the following, to allow popbsmtp write a text-
plain list of ip's

the $pat , is for an user defined string on my logs.. so
you must use your own...
The $dbrelay must have "my networks " in text-plain
format...
