#16 Incorporate EEPROM formats from SRecord

I keep running into formats that PonyProg doesn't understand.

The SRecord tool (http://srecord.sourceforge.net/) can read and convert all kinds of different EEPROM formats. Maybe you could fold this functionality into PonyProg?
