#6 TV remote button press sometimes do not work.

While viewing a video, pressing the menu button and the
forward selection does not always forward the video.

This problem is not seen on PCI Video systems. However,
this problem was encountered on the PCI Video systems.
It was solved by increasing the running priority of
lircd at boot. Increasing this value more may
temporarily solve the problem.

To fully solve this problem the irexec, pktvir programs
may need to be integrated into a c code daemon.
