#1 Optionally show settings on startup
I don't like how the settings dialog pops up every time you run the app (especially given that my pomodoros and breaks are always the same length). This patch makes it optional.
The patch was generated running svn diff > patch . My svn-fu is kind of rusty, so if there's another way you would prefer the patch just let me know.
