Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 8 Private: No Submitted By: Antonia Lock (antonialock) Assigned to: Kim Rutherford (kim_rutherford) Summary: Cannot add comment in reviewal mode Initial Comment: when in /ro mode, a comment cannot be added, even though the option is there. I asked a researcher to take a look at my annotations and he tried to use this function but the comments weren't stored. I tried to do the same but got stuck on the 'cogwheel' animation. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Kim Rutherford (kim_rutherford) Date: 2012-12-04 20:44 Message: They might not actually click on "finish reviewing". They might just delete the window/tab and email you. You might need to keep track of who you have sent review links to in case people forget to "finish reviewing" and forget to reply by email. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Valerie Wood (val_wood) Date: 2012-12-04 04:13 Message: I don't think we need an e-mail every time a comment is added (we are talking about annotation specific comments), we only need an e-mail alert when they click "finish reviewing", we would go to the session and see if they had added any comments to specific annotations. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Antonia Lock (antonialock) Date: 2012-12-04 02:04 Message: I don't think we want it to be editable but at the moment it looks like comments can be added. I don't think it is necessary to spawn emails once comments have been added? I have only sent out /ro sessions for community to check my annotations (or possibly any alterations I have made to theirs)....they would not have access to this link out of context? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Kim Rutherford (kim_rutherford) Date: 2012-12-03 14:16 Message: Do we want the review page to be editable? If they can add comments they could come back and add more at any time. You would need to get an email alert for each comment they added so you knew it had happened. It might be better to allow the user to reactivate the session, do all their changes, then "Submit to curators" again. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Valerie Wood (val_wood) Date: 2012-12-03 03:32 Message: Putting the [priority of this, would be useful to enable as currently community having to send their feedback in a spreadsheet..... ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=2525791&aid=3590085&group_id=65526 |
