Initial Comment:
Once you have added a phenotype annotation, you can edit the allele but the tickbox for 'add a new annotation with a different set of conditions' has disappeared. This means that if you want to add in another annotation with a new set of conditions you need to start all over.

This is a bit annoying. perhaps it won't be with the power-user interface, but even though it is not quite 'as intended' I don't think it does any harm to reimplement the tickbox? (I know you are officially in an 'editing' mode....but it's not like it is confusing is it? I miss this function!)
