once the annotations are loaded, 
could you let us know how many phenotype annotation (and the PMIDs) use
has_target
has_regulation_target
localizes

it is likely we will need to substitute most of these for assayed_during

(If there is any way to let us know this via the curation tool before the final load, even better, we can fix them)

At some point can we get a list of relations used for phenotype
extensions?
We thought that we had remapped all
localizes etc to assayed_using

These relations are not in the relevant extensions obo file (see details
below), but  they do not  give any warnings (and we have examples of these
relations in use for phenotypes)

I should have recorded and example, but I didn't can anybody add one?
