On Chrome and Safari if you bring up the edit dialog for an annotation the comment and term suggestion name fields can't be edited. The cursor jumps to the end of the text if you type.
well, they kinda sorta can be edited -- you can manually reposition the cursor for every ^@#$%@# character you want to add or delete. it's a pain and a half but it does work.

Fixed - completely my mistake. It just happened to work OK in Firefox.
