I've tried the new version of Canto in IE 9 (old version) and IE 11 (current version) and it 90% works. I'm a bit surprised.

The only bug I've found is that after creating a new annotation using the old long multi page method, the annotation doesn't appear in the annotation table. It's in the database so it's a display or browser issue. I'm trying to work it out now.

Fixed the annotation table bug in https://github.com/pombase/canto/commit/7180d63dd87d4418d4297504ce2527cd0b05478a

I've now tested on IE versions 8, 9 and 11. Unfortunately some of the libraries I use don't support version 8 so I think we'll have to drop support for it. It was release in 2009 so I don't feel to bad about that.

Versions 9 and 11 seem to work fine now.

    Sounds reasonable.
