#864 Remove "title" of new term requests

At the moment, when making a new term request, you need to fill in two fields (a title and a description). Can we remove the title field and just keep the description?

It is a bit annoying to have to fill out both (and delete both when the annotation has been updated - we can't "single-click delete" new term requests any longer in the new interface)

I think the idea was that the user should suggest a new term name and a definition for the new term. Is the definition enough?

I think they should probably supply both a term name and a definition.
between the 2 we should be able to figure out more easily when they mean.
Is it a problem to have both fields?

I just find it annoying having to fill in both :) (at least in the old interface both were forced)

I don't think you are forced to fill in both fields any longer so I'm happy with how it is
