#862 comments disappear when I click them

When I click on the "view comment" hyperlink, the hyperlink just disappears (& no pop-up is shown)

I doubt there is a comment stored for all these annotations in the session - maybe the hyperlink disappears because there is no comment? In which case the hyperlink shouldn't be displayed in the first place.

If I add a comment to an annotation where the "view comment" is visible, the comment appears to disappear completely

If I add a comment to an annotation where I have "clicked away" the 'view comment' hyperlink, then the new comment is displayed correctly
