In this session there are no new term requests

but the term suggestion column is showing for each annotation type and I cannot approve the session.

Here I had deleted an old term request
In the other session I had added a multi-allele phenotype
(I don't know if either of these things have anything to do with the bug)

I think this bug is caused by adding a new phenotype (single or multi allele).

Updating old ones is not a problem, but adding a new phenotype is
