#651 small tweak to reassigned e-mail

It would be nice if this e-mail told you who had reassigned ( and maybe paper title)

Usually they are been reassigned to people I don't know so i have no idea which session this is without looking

Session xxxxxx reassigned to xxxx <xxxx>

actually on second thoughts, we don't need this as an e-mail to the helpdesk, please add another section to the activity report "reassigned session"
..that would work fine.
