is there a way to add a comment to the notes that are added at submission time when you are in approval (without taking a session out of approval), or to easily see them? I think we have talked aout this before.
You can't do that at the moment. Currently you can add a note when submitting, but perhaps we need separate approval note and a review note (as mentioned in another ticket)?

no, but you can add it on the triage page..it will then show on the track page. I think this is only useful pre-curation though..,
