#538 session admin: date session accepted

We need the data a the session was "accepted" in the table. This would also us to see how long it has been inactive.

For example here:

lots of session have been sent out, but we have no idea when they went out so we don't know when to chase them up.

In the test tool I've added "date assigned" and a "date accepted" field to the session table. Currently the columns aren't visible in the publication table, but they are visible in the publication page. eg.

(look in the "Curation sessions" section)

I can add the columns to the publication tables too if you like. I didn't do it immediately because there are a lot of columns already and I wanted to check that you're happy with more.

Will figure out which columns we need to see where when i test some.
(I think long term you were going to make this configurable, but we will need some immediate revisions for admin)
