There was a "download annotation" link in the past but I've managed to lose it in the recent changes. Clicking the link would get you a Zip file containing the annotation. Currently the GAF format files in the Zip download don't have the extensions included.
Since there is no download link at the moment I guess this isn't urgent.
I think Ruth Lovering was using this download function.

I don't understand this ticket, the extensions are in the AF, is this something else?
