    I'd say related but not exactly duplicate, because they're asking for different things to happen with subset terms. This ticket wants a specific PECO subset completely hidden, whereas the other one asks for different subsets of some ontologies to be visible and searchable, but not usable for direct annotation.

    Ah OK, but some of the ontology subsets will be this type (e.g. completely hiding taxon restricted terms, we don't want to see in a search those do we?)
