This is an issue with the version of ChEBI that gets used for FYPO releases. For various geeky reasons, it all goes less painfully if I use a derivative called "chebi-simple", which leaves out some things, including the term xp'd in FYPO:0000266 (CHEBI:50902 genotoxin).
Ideally, quite a few terms would inherit FYPO:0000266 ancestry via the has_role CHEBI:50902 links in ChEBI, but the limitations on the chebi-simple contents preclude that at present (and I'm not sure how reasoning would handle the has_role links, since I haven't had opportunity to try it).
I would kind of hate to have to assert the links manually because it would be tedious and vulnerable to going out of date, but it's possible and I'll do it if the current situation is really driving you crazy.

OK lets leave for now...unless it would help to get chebi to include in simple (or wouldn't that work?)
