so we don't have tRNAs annotated for all codons?
I'm confident that we did when we published the genome....
Which ones are missing?

All amino acids are covered in terms of trna's.

I just noticed that some trna's have predicted introns that are not annotated. Just thought I could do them some other time when canto is down.
